Description

Left: Western blot analysis of Collagen VII in rat testis lysate (35μg protein in RIPA buffer) using Collagen VII antibody (0.5μg/mL).

Collagen VII antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide of Collagen VII.

Purification

Collagen VII antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

This is a polyclonal antibody.

Host

Collagen VII antibody was raised in goat.

Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.

Application

Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 250kDa band observed in rat testis lysates (calculated MW of 159kDa according to rat NP_001100328.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-1.5μg/ml.
