Caspase-2 (N-Terminus) Peptide
Location
16 amino acids near the amino terminus of human Caspase-2.
Application
Caspase-2 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-Caspase-2 antibody (Cat. No. 3447). Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot analysis.
