Caspase-1 Peptide
Background
Caspase-1 (C-Terminus) Peptide
Location
16 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human Caspase-1.
Application
Caspase-1 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-Caspase-1 antibody (Cat. No. 3459). Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot analysis.
