Peptides
CCR5 Peptide
Background
CCR5 (N-Terminus) Peptide
Location
15 amino amino terminus of human CCR5.
Application
CCR5 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-CCR5 (Cat. No. 1112). Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C usually completely blocks the activity of Anti-CCR5 in Western blotting.
