15 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human CARD8.
Application
CARD8 peptide is used for blocking the activity of CARD8 antibody (Cat. No. 3187). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C.

CARD8 peptide is supplied as 200 μg/ml, 50 μg/vial, in PBS pH7.2 (10 mM NaH2PO4, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide. Store at -20˚C, stable for one year.
