CAD Peptide
Background
CAD (C-Terminus) Peptide
Location
16 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of mouse CAD.
Application
CAD peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-CAD (Cat. No. 2011). Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
