Description
Left: Western blot analysis of BID in A431 lysate (35μg protein in RIPA buffer) using BID antibody (0.1μg/mL).
|
Source
BID antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide near the C-terminus of BID.
Purification
BID antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Clonality / Clone
This is a polyclonal antibody.
Host
BID antibody was raised in goat.
Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.
Application
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approx 26+24kDa bands observed in human fibroblast A431 lysates (calculated MW of 26.8kDa according to NP_932070.1 and 22.0kDa according to NP_001187.1). Recommended for use at 1-3μg/ml.
