Primary Antibodies

BCL7A Antibody

Background

BCL7A Antibody.

Additional Names

BCL7A, BCL7, B-cell CLL/lymphoma 7A, B-cell CLL/lymphoma-7

BCL7A Antibody

Description

Left: Western blot analysis of BCL7A in HeLa lysate (RIPA buffer, 35μg total protein per lane) using BCL7A antibody (0.5μg/mL).

Source

BCL7A antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide of BCL7A.

Purification

BCL7A antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Clonality / Clone

This is a polyclonal antibody.

Host

BCL7A antibody was raised in goat.

Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.

Application

Western blot: Approx 35kDa band seen in HeLa cell lysates. Recommended for use at 0.5-2μg/ml. Please note that BCL7A, according to NP_066273, has several consensus glycosylation sites. Glycosylation can affect migration of proteins on SDS-PAGE [Hames, B.D and Rickwood, D., eds. Gel electrophoresis of proteins: a practical approach. Oxford University Press]. This may be the reason why we see an approx 35kDa band rather than the predicted 26kDa band.

Tested Application

E, WB
