ApoL1 Antibody

Description

Left: Western blot analysis of ApoL1 in human frontal lobe lysate (35μg protein in RIPA buffer) using ApoL1 antibody (1μg/mL).

Source

ApoL1 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of ApoL1.

Purification

ApoL1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Clonality / Clone

This is a polyclonal antibody.

Host

ApoL1 antibody was raised in goat.

Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.

Application

Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approx. 45kDa band observed in human brain (frontal cortex) lysates (calculated MW of 44.0kDa according to NP_003652.2;). Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/ml.
