Apaf1 Peptide
Background
Apaf1 (C-Terminus) Peptide
Location
20 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human Apaf1.
Application
Apaf1 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-Apaf1 (Cat. No. 2015). Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
