Angptl4 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide of Angptl4.
Purification
Angptl4 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

This is a polyclonal antibody.

Angptl4 antibody was raised in goat.
Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.
Application
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 26kDa band in mouse liver and rat liver lysates after 0.5μg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 45.5kDa according to mouse NP_065606.1. The 26kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
