Peptides
Adiponectin / ACRP30 Peptide
Background
Adiponectin (C-Terminus) (ACRP30) Peptide
Location
15 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human adiponectin.
Application
Adiponectin peptide is used for blocking the activity of the Anti-adiponectin antibody (Cat. No. 3551). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C.
