Background
Acinus (C-Terminus) Peptide
Location
13 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human Acinus.
Application
Acinus peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of Acinus (Cat. No. 2217). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C
