ATG5 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide of ATG5.
Purification
ATG5 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

This is a polyclonal antibody.

ATG5 antibody was raised in goat.
Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.
Application
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 38 kDa band in NIH3T3 lysates after 1μg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 32.4 kDa according to NP_004840.1. The 38 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
