APOBEC2 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide (aa180 - 190) of APOBEC2.
Purification
APOBEC2 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

This is a polyclonal antibody.

APOBEC2 antibody was raised in goat.
Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.
Application
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approx 26kDa band observed in human muscle lysates (calculated MW of 25.7kDa according to NP_006780.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/ml.
