Purification
APOBEC1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Application
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx. 28kDa band observed in Mouse Spleen lysates (calculated MW of 28.2kDa according to Human NP_001635.2 and 27.5kDa acccording to Mouse NP_112436.1). Recommended concentration:1-3μg/ml.
