Left: Western blot analysis of APH1A in human cerebral cortex lysate (35μg protein in RIPA buffer) using APH1A antibody (0.05μg/mL).

APH1A antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide of APH1A.

Purification

APH1A antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

This is a polyclonal antibody.

Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.

Application

Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approx 26kDa band observed in human brain (cerebral cortex) lysates (calculated MW of 26.8kDa according to NP_057106.2). Recommended concentration: 0.05-0.1μg/ml.
