Description
Left: Immunohistochemistry staining of AOC3 in paraffin embedded human liver using AOC3 antibody at 3.8μg/mL.
|
Source
AOC3 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide of AOC3.
Purification
AOC3 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Clonality / Clone
This is a polyclonal antibody.
Host
AOC3 antibody was raised in goat.
Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.
Application
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 55kDa band in Human Adipose and Lung lysates after 0.01μg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 84.6kDa according to NP_003725.1. The 55kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Liver shows membranous staining in sinusoid lining cells surrounding hepatocytes. Recommended concentration, 3-5μg/ml.
