Description
Left: Western blot analysis of AKT3 in HepG2 lysate (35μg protein in RIPA buffer) using AKT3 antibody (1μg/mL).
Below: HEK293 overexpressing AKT3 with C-terminal tag (DYKDDDDK) and probed with anti-DYKDDDDK in the left panel and with AKT3 antibody in the right panel (vector-only transfection in first and fourth lanes).
