ADH1 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide near the N-terminus of ADH1.
Purification
ADH1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Application
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 38kDa band observed in human liver lysates (calculated MW of 39.9kDa according to NP_000658.1, NP_000659.2 and 000660.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1.5μg/ml.
