Description

ADAM8 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide near the C-terminus of ADAM8.
Purification
ADAM8 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Application
Western blot: Approx 90kDa band seen in human brain lysate. Recommended for use at 1-3μg/ml.
