Description

ADAM17 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide near the C-terminus of ADAM17.
Purification
ADAM17 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Application
