ADAM10 Peptide
Background
ADAM10 (C-Terminus) Peptide
Location
17 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human ADAM10.
Application
ADAM10 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-ADAM10 (Cat. No. 2051). Incubating the peptide with equal volume of ADAM10 antibody for 30 min at 37˚C usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
