Adiponectin (monoclonal Ne.Na) antibody was raised against recombinant human ACRP30headless (tail adiponectin). Does not cross-react with full length adiponectin.
Purification
Adiponectin (monoclonal Ne.Na) antibody was purified from concentrated hybridoma tissue culture supernatant. Adiponectin (monoclonal Ne.Na) antibody was purified to ≥95% in SDS-PAGE and is supplied at a concentration of 1mg/1ml.

Immunogen
The immunogen is recombinant human ACRP30 headless (tail adiponectin).
Application
ACRP30 antibody can be used to recognize human DR6 by Flow Cytometry. Method: 0.5µg of rhsACRP30headless was resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and incubated with the Ne.Na mouse monoclonal antibody at a 1µg/ml dilution for 1 hour. Proteins were visualized using a peroxidase-conjugated antibody to mouse IgG and a chemiluminescence detection system.
