Purification
ACAP2 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Application
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 90kDa band observed in human T cell line MOLT4 lysates (calculated MW of 88.1kDa according to NP_036419). Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Lung shows strong staining of Type II pneumocytes. Recommended concentration, 5-10μg/ml.
