Left: Western blot analysis of ACAP1 in Jurkat lysate (RIPA buffer, 35μg total protein per lane) using ACAP1 antibody (0.5μg/mL).

Purification
ACAP1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
