Rat ImmunoBlots

Rat immunoblots from ProSci are made using rat cell lines or rat tissues. ProSci rat immunoblots are designed for quick and easy protein expression screening of multiple rat cell lines or rat tissues. Each rat immunoblot contains nine lanes, including a pre-stained protein marker and each lane is loaded with 15 μg of total protein. However, our immunoblots are highly customizable. Up to 50 μg of protein can be run on virtually any percentage or gradient percentage gel. Rat immunoblot membranes can have more than 9 lanes loaded in any order. Our rat immunoblots are usually transferred to nitrocellulose, but PVDF membranes may also be requested.

ProSci rat immunoblots can be used with any standard membrane procedure. Our rat immunoblots can also be reused after stripping off any assay antibodies from the membrane.
