RNA Binding Antibodies
RNA binding proteins bind to single stranded and double stranded RNA sequences. RNA binding proteins can be involved in transcription as well as RNA splicing and transcriptional regulation. RNA binding proteins can be localized to the cytoplasm or nucleus.
ProSci has a wide variety of RNA binding antibodies, including ABT1 antibody (activator of basal transcription 1), AKAP1 antibody (A kinase (PRKA) anchor protein 1) and ANKRD42 antibody (ankyrin repeat domain 42). ProSci antibodies are appropriate for ELISA, western blot, and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications as noted for each transcription antibody.
