Additional NamesNephrin Antibody: Nephrin, NPHN, NPHS1, Renal glomerulus-specific cell adhesion receptor
User NoteOptimal dilutions for each application to be determined by the researcher.
ImmunogenNephrin antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide from near the carboxy terminus of human Nephrin.
DisclaimerThis product is for research use only.
FormulationPhysical State: Liquid
Concentration: 1 mg/mL
Clonality/CloneThis is a polyclonal Nephrin Antibody.
PurificationNephrin Antibody is affinity chromatography purified via peptide column.
HostNephrin antibody was raised in rabbit.
Please use anti-rabbit secondary antibodies.
ApplicationNephrin antibody can be used for detection of Nephrin by Western blot at 1 μg/mL. Despite its predicted molecular weight, Nephrin often migrates at a lower than expected size in SDS-PAGE. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 1 μg/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 μg/mL.
BufferNephrin Antibody is supplied in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide.
Blocking PeptideCat.No. 2265P - Nephrin Peptide
StorageNephrin antibody can be stored at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
