All ProSci monoclonal antibodies are stringently validated for different applications. These applications may include western blot or immunoblot, immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluoresence (IF), immunocytochemistry (ICC), flow cytometry, radioimmunoassay, neutralization, immunoprecipitation (IP) and ELISA (please check individual antibody datasheets for tested and recommended applications). Virtually all antibodies have been immunoaffinity purified and rigorously tested which enables ProSci to provide the highest quality products available.

Additionally, ProSci offers many controls to be used in conjunction with each monoclonal antibody. Cell lysates, tissue lysates, peptides and recombinant proteins can be used as a positive control or a negative control.
