Background

JMJD3 is a histone demethylase that specifically demethylates 'Lys-27' of histone H3, thereby playing a central role in histone code. It plays a central role in regulation of posterior development, by regulating HOX gene expression. It is involved in inflammatory response by participating in macrophage differentiation in case of inflammation by regulating gene expression and macrophage differentiation.

Buffer
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μl of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml.
Storage
For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚C. For longer periods of storage, store JMJD3 antibody at -20˚C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
