ImmunoBlots

ProSci immunoblots are designed for proteomics research and screening for protein expression in multiple cell lines or tissues. Our immunoblots are available with a variety of cell lines and tissue types from human, mouse, and rat, as well as tumor tissues. Each immunoblot contains nine lanes including pre-stained protein marker and eight samples with 15 μg of total protein in each lane. Proteins are separated in a 4-20% gradient SDS-PAGE gel and transferred onto nitrocellulose membranes, which can then be used as an immunoblot. Custom gel percentages between 7% and 15% may be available upon request. Other custom immunoblot requests can also be made.

ProSci immunoblots can be used with any standard nitrocellulose membrane procedure including western blot with any standard primary antibody and secondary antibody combination. The immunoblot can be reused after stripping the antibodies of the nitrocellulose membrane.
