Human Lung Tumor Blot IV | catalog# 1513
Background
The human tissue blot is designed for proteomics research in screening for antibody and protein expression. It carries the cell line A549 (human lung carcinoma), and 3 different human lung tumor tissue lysates and matched normal lysates (from non-tumor lung tissue from near the tumor) with 15 μg of total cellular protein in each lane. Proteins were separated in 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel and transferred onto nitrocellulose membrane. The lung tumor tissues included in the blot are 1 small cell carcinoma, 1 differentiated carcinoma, and 1 pleomorphic carcinoma.
