Human Cell Line II Blot | catalog# 1502
Background
The human cell line blot is designed for proteomics research in screening for antibody and protein expression. It carries 8 different human cell lines with 15 μg of total cellular protein in each lane. Proteins were separated in 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel and transferred onto nitrocellulose membrane. The cell lines included in the blot are Daudi (B lymphoblast; Burkkit's lymphoma), Raji (B lymphoblast; Burkkit's lymphoma), K-562 (bone marrow; chronic myelogenous leukmia), U-937 (histiocytic lymphoma), THP-1 (monocyte; acute monocytic leukmia), HL-60 (promyeloblast; acute promyeloblastic leukmia), Jurkat (T lymphocyte; acute T cell leukmia), and MOLT-4 (T lymphoblast; acute lymphoblastic leukmia).
