Position Description: Director of Sales and Marketing

• Oversee marketing/sales plan and budget and identify market trends and opportunitie.
• Manage and recruit marketing/sales personnel.
• Develop new business alliances with biotech industrial and academic institutions.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual sales and report to President.
• Coordinate with Product Development Department to identify and promote popular products and monitor new product sales.

• BS, MS or Ph.D with excellent knowledge in cell biology and immunology.
• Minimum 3 years experience in marketing and sales of research reagents.
• Records of employee management history.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience in web-marketing is preferable.
