Control Antibodies
Control Antibodies from ProSci include load control antibodies as well as control immunoglobulins. Load control antibodies are antibodies which are against ubiquitously expressed proteins and are frequently used as a control in various immunoassays including western blot, and immunoblot. Control immunoglobulin antibodies are obtained from animals which have not been immunized with any specific antigen. These control antibodies are used in parallel with either polyclonal antibodies or monoclonal antibodies and are used in many immunoassays including western blot, immunoblot, immunohistochemistry (IHC), and ELISA.
