User Note
During shipment, small volumes of Chicken Anti-Rabbit IgG, Biotin Conjugate will occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial. For products with volumes of 200 μL or less, we recommend gently tapping the vial on a hard surface or briefly centrifuging the vial in a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container's cap.Disclaimer

Rabbit Total IgGPreparation
Chickens were immunized with affinity-purified rabbit total IgG isolated from normal rabbit serum. The resulting anti-IgG antibody was immunoaffinity purified off a rabbit IgG immunoabsorbant column and conjugated with biotin.Application
The affinity-purified antibodies react only with rabbit IgG and not IgM or IgA immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. Suggested Western blotting dilution: 1:1000 (colorimetric method). Molar ratio of Biotin/chicken IgY equals 3 based on HABA assay. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.Tested Application
