CHICKEN ANTIBODY PRODUCTION
Chickens are an excellent choice when using a highly conserved mammalian protein as an antigen.
Our packages include California Leghorn chickens on our standard 8-week production schedule which yields up to 21 yolks per chicken. Each yolk is about 13mL or 13g in size. At the conclusion of the initial protocol you have the option of terminating the project or extending on a monthly basis to obtain additional yolks. California Leghorns can lay 200 eggs per year.
