Cell Cycle Antibodies
Cell cycle is a very important area of research with implications reaching into many areas including cancer. Broadly the cell cycle is divided into G1, S, G2, and M. However, throughout the entire cycle is a complicated and well studies set of checkpoints and other control points. Cyclins and cyclin-dependent kinases are important players in the cell cycle and its control. Cyclins include G1 cyclins (D cyclins), S-phase cyclins (cyclins E andA) and M-phase cyclins (B cyclins). The cyclin dependent kinases (Cdks) include G1 Cdk (Cdk4), S-phase Cdk (Cdk2) and M-phase Cdk (Cdk1).
ProSci has a wide variety of cell cycle antibodies, including AKAP8 antibody (A kinase (PRKA) anchor protein 8) and CCNB1 antibody (cyclin B1). ProSci antibodies are appropriate for ELISA, western blot, and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications as noted for each transcription antibody.
