Application

ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 30 kDa band in human breast and in breast tumor lysates after 0.5 μg/mL antibody staining.5 kDa according to NP_115689.1. The 30 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
