User Note
USDA Certification: Products of animal origin are derived from starting materials of North American origin. Collection was performed in United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) inspected facilities and all materials have been inspected and certified to be free of disease and suitable for exportation.During shipment, small volumes of Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Mouse IgG will occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial. For products with volumes of 200 μL or less, we recommend gently tapping the vial on a hard surface or briefly centrifuging the vial in a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container's cap.

Alkaline Phosphatase (Calf Intestine) (Molecular Weight 140,000 daltons)Purification
Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Mouse IgG was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against Human Serum Proteins.Host
