Clonality/Clone
This is a polyclonal antibody.
Reactivity
Tested Species Reactivity: Human

Expected species reactivity: Human, Murine, Rattus
Immunogen
ABCB10 antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of ABCB10.
Preparation
Physical State: Liquid

Concentration: 500 μg/mL
Disclaimer
This product is for research use only.
Source
ABCB10 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide of ABCB10.
Purification
ABCB10 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Host
ABCB10 antibody was raised in goat.

Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.
Application
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 90 kDa and 50 kDa in human bone marrow lysates after 0.05 μg/mL antibody staining.1 kDa according to NP_036221.2 and given the expected mature size of ~65 kDa according to Graf et al. (PMID: 15215243). Both detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands).
Tested Application
E, WB
Buffer
ABCB10 antibody is supplied in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Blocking Peptide
